I am very disappointed to have purchased this stroller after so much research on which stroller is the right for me and my baby. My baby is now 8 months and she literally grew out of the stroller…her legs are hanging down as there is no footrest and i can see that it’s very frustrating for the baby as she is trying to rest her feet on the side handles of the stroller. I am now looking to buy a new stroller…
I am also very disappointed as the front wheels don’t turn. It is apparently a very common problem. I am getting a full refund as the pushchair is literally new! am so disapponted
In principle this is a great pushchair but there is a problem with the front wheels. They do not rotate properly and lock sideways so that the pushchair is impossible to move without having to bend down and adjust the wheels by hand. It is pretty useless unless you are going in a straight line on very flat pavement but the wheel problem makes it hard to push even then. We are waiting for replacement wheels (we have to wait three weeks). I am really disappointed. I understand that bugaboo is aware of the problem so not sure why there’s such a wait.
