having purchased a Hauck Malibu and just out of warranty, i now find the front swivel wheels catch on the support bar and very dangerous when going up/down kerbs and on uneven ground. they lock making the journey out with my toddler most unagreeable with the fear of her falling forward in pushchair or having a hazzard trip /fall and injured child and very upset parent , any assistance would be appreciated on how the wheels should be on this pushchair and the aprox cost for someone to fix them for me.Thanx
