   i am writing this to you as i am very unhappy with a pram that i got as a gift when my baby was born. it has been sent back for repair twice.the pram collapased on me with baby in.It brought me more upset and anxiety from the first day my baby went in it. my baby weighed 6lb 2oz.this pushchair is not suitable for any baby. then i was told by my midwife not to use it as she was to small. even at a year old she was still able to come out of it. There was know proper storage area to put anything.when you put any bags under it slid back out again. So when it comes to compassion you did,nt understand how upset i was when my child was in the middle of the street.it was sent back again because i pushed it one way and it went another.then when i came off the pavement my child went flying forward the strapes did’nt secure her at all.even a member of the public was able to see that. your company that sold this pram are even less compassiate than yourselves and you think all this about safety checks covers your company.if it was checked properly before putting this product on the market my child would never had to go through all this.out of a whole year its been back to you twice.so what benefit did she get out of this gift. It was a silvercross halo.if that makes any difference.I thought my child was very lucky to have this pram as i was told your prams where good. But it brought me and my baby alot of upset and discorfort for the first year of her life.i hope you take a hard long look at your prams as it all is not about money.

   my quinny zapp xtra wheels have split only had the pushchair 8 months.

   hi, i recently bought a hauck manhattan and was very unhappy with it. i only used it 4 times and as i was going down a small curb the front wheels snapped and pieces of plastic flew everywhere! It was very lucky that my 18 month old son had the cosy toes over his feet as a large piece of plastic hit the cosy toes and if it wasnt there it would have hit him. i am very unhappy with this pushchair and i will never be buying a hauck pushchair again!

   I purchased a Rio plus hauck travel system just under a year ago and have found that it folded In on my daughter that the little round screw type fittings have come loose and cant find a tool to fix tje problem. As I like the buggy in looking ti resolve this problem cab anybody help. Im lookin for a tool to fix the problem?

   i have a question regarding graco junior push chair with car seat.I can not find the product on line and the customer service number is not connecting.I need to know is there an insert for the car seat suitable for a new born.
